Explain the system of government and the creation and interpretation of laws in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Apply law relevant to contracts, fair business practices, competition, and consumer protection in the Aotearoa New Zealand context.
Apply the law of negligence to situations in the Aotearoa New Zealand context.
Analyse the principles of ownership and risk associated with transfer of ownership in the Aotearoa New Zealand context.
