Attain clinical competency for enrolled nursing practice and meet the Nursing Council of New Zealand Standards of competence for enrolled nurses (2025)
Apply interdisciplinary and evidence-based nursing knowledge within relevant health models and frameworks to deliver culturally safe, whakapapa-centred care to individuals and whānau across the lifespan
Apply pharmacological principles to ensure safe, accurate, and independent medication management across diverse nursing contexts, integrating clinical judgement and professional accountability
